Are we allowed to bring our horses?
Hi Darlene, yes, horses are permitted in River Ranch.
Was wondering if you can have a permanent camp on this site and also how many people can you have on the deed?
Hi Chris, yes, you can set up a permanent camp on this lot and you can have up to 8 individuals or 8 married couples and their children 18 and under on the deed.
Can you get to this property with 2wd truck? How do get a camper back to this property? Thank you.
Hi Ben, this particular camp lot is remote and best accessed with a 4WD vehicle. I don’t recommend this one if you have a 2WD camper, as you may get stuck in the sand. It’s a great camp if you want one that’s more remote and private, however, it is best accessed with a 4WD. Getting some new ones in…keep checking.
Hey Ben, I’m just curious if you’re allowed to discharge firearms on this property? For instance, set up a dirt mound with targets so the bullets don’t travel beyond the property lines. Thanks!
Hi Noah, you are only permitted to use firearms in the hunting area, for safety reasons. You can set up targets there.
Thanks Jamie. Other question – are there any regulations to doing things such as removing trees, digging ponds and such on the property?
